Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

After a large voter turnout today, the results of the strike vote held on March 13, 2026 have been counted. I am proud to report that an overwhelming 97.8% voted in favour of supporting strike action against the Metro Vancouver Regional District if necessary. The Bargaining Committee would like to thank the membership for answering the call for a strong mandate.
