The Bargaining Committee has scheduled an in-person information session to present the Employer’s latest proposal, provide members with an opportunity to ask questions, discuss the proposal, and seek a mandate from the membership by majority vote.

The purpose of this session is to maximize member participation and ensure that members have a meaningful opportunity for their voices to be heard before the Bargaining Committee makes a significant strategic decision. While a membership vote is not legally required in these circumstances, the Committee will be guided by the majority-vote mandate of the membership on how to proceed. The results of the vote will be counted and communicated to members as soon as possible.
