The claims of bad faith bargaining against the GVRDEU have been dismissed on all counts by the BC LRB (Labour Relations Board).

None of the allegations made by the Employer established a failure by the Union to bargain in bad faith.

The Union’s overall bargaining conduct demonstrated a genuine intention to reach an agreement.
