As the Returning Officer appointed to oversee the strike vote scheduled for March 13th, I am issuing this bulletin to provide clarification on the voting process.

After considering all relevant factors, I have determined the best way to ensure the membership can express their wishes in compliance with the Labour Relations Code and Regulation is by in-person voting as scheduled. These decisions are all within the discretion of the Returning Officer.

Members are encouraged to make the necessary arrangements to participate in person. Voting will take place on the following date and location:
