ALL MEMBERS ARE REMINDED THAT IT IS IN THEIR INTEREST TO  ATTEND

Note: Nominations are now being currently accepted for the two vacated Executive Officer positions:

• Second Vice-President
• Treasurer

As per the Union Constitution, an election will be held to fill these positions during this regular membership meeting. Nominations forms will be accepted up to prior the election (by secret ballot), taking place.

Reminder: To be eligible for nomination for any Elected Office, Nominees must be a member for twelve months and to have attended at least 50% of all meetings open to the general membership during the previous twelve months.
